"We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. Germantown Inn was a pricey indulgence that the extras helped us to rationalize. I feel less inclined to choose...

"Said we didn’t need a credit card on file then locked us out of our room at 10:30 because they didn’t have one. Didn’t clean our room until we complained at 6 pm . Very disappointed in this property"

"The hotel itself was peaceful and had beautiful views up top and in our room. Staff was helpful and very friendly. I really wanted to like this place but a couple things were missing. Towels were either dirty or stained when we first arrived in our room.. Shower wasn’t clean. Door knobs were sticky. And… we had drunk neighbors that were extremely loud. I called the front desk and they didn’t really offer many solutions. I ordered food at the upstair bar and the food was not edible. Pool was nice...

"Property was very clean. We had a king room on the 12th floor. Room service daily. Cafe on the 1st floor for breakfast was good. Location to the Nashville action was close. Nice pool area."

"We really enjoyed our five nights stay here. We had a wonderful greeting by Kenzie. She pointed out the amenities and we had a two bedroom two bath suite for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed the comfort of our room and had two thermostats in the room so we kept those comfortable for each person staying housekeeping came every other day.
