"Disappointed we paid for early check in, late check out on Expedia.com. Arrived to the hotel to be told we were on page 2 for early check in. They told me early check in isnt guaranteed, yet I was charged for early check in. Nothing they could do. Other than this hiccup, the property was beautiful. Great location for walking to Braodway. Definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Beware of three things- we were there when the temp in Nashville was hovering around 100, the A/C in the room will not cool unless activity is detected in the room. So each day we are out and came back to the room to get ready for dinner, room temp was 78-80 degrees, takes more than a hour to cool back down comfortably. ALSO, the valet is a 3rd party contractor that works for the hotel, when I handed my keys over at the front desk, they should have been honest and told me that. Didn’t find out...

"What an amazing location! A little difficult to get in and out of, but worth it. Michael was amazing help and friendly. It's more like you're staying at home. There are only two floors to the hotel. Had some trouble figuring out the TV situation and you will need accounts to watch certain things as is the norm nowadays. The exterior windows a little disappointing cobwebs which marred a spectacular view. I had a Riverview room and it is worth it. The decor and everything inside the room amazing...

"The room was clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Would like to suggest a type of nightlight for the bathroom, for those who do need a visit during the night! Mouthwash would be something else to provide. Enjoyed the tasting menu dinner at 1 kitchen and the rooftop bar/lounge, great city views"
