"Breakfast was excellent and felt like a fine dine experience. Room was well furnished with lots of amenities included. Room is big and roomy. The staff are courteous and professional. Having a rental car to travel to the hotel will provide easier access, and parking is free. Walking distance to subway station, the patio is good, a railroad not too far, you can see train running from the patio, but the noise is ok if the patio door closed. "There was a washing machine but because in Japan everyone hang drys their clothes there is no dryer which is fine but there was no hangers to hang dry the clothes or laundry detergent. Previously at the other Grand Base we stayed in Fukuoka there was bars to hang clothes outside. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really small but the bathrooms are really clean and have this great 2 headed shower. 1 is a waterfall head and the other is a wand. Also the rooms hallway were motion activated. They also have laundry which was really nice not bring home a bunch of dirty laundry."

"Nice big room with 4 double beds, small kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine and toilet. The shampoo, body soap was good quality. Place is near the Ropponmatsu metro station, just a 3 min walk away, so it is very convenient. There are some eateries nearby. Check-in is only available from 1500 via the ipad at the ground floor. Happy with this place."
