"The first room they gave me when I walked through the door I could immediately smell a Musky or moldy kind of smell so I went down to the receptionist and asked for different room which they gave me without a problem. That room was definitely a lot better as far as air quality. "clean room, friendly staff. pets stay free. def recommend. ac also works amazingly (at least in room 259!!). had a poor experience at a other hotel and had to find one quickly. anyone that’s been to or lives in st augustine knows durning spring break, you cannot get a hotel last minute. they had only a few rooms left! i thank all of the friendly staff here for getting us in last minute! "Our room was absolutely disgusting. There were spiders and roaches in our room. The floor was nasty and nail clippings were left on it. The towels weren't even clean; one had a hairball in it and hadn't been washed at all. There was no effort to clean the room at all. When we requested a new room, no one got back to us. "The front desk personnel was very rude at check in due to an issue with reservation via Expedia which is a third party. We asked for extra linen for the couch bed there was none in the room,it took hours to bring it up finally after several requests, the next morning there was NO breakfast due to no chef coming out we were told on Saturday, the carpets are dirty, one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. "
