"Room was not cleaned throughout stay. changing of towels was very poor. Electric switches were not working and lighting was bordering on dangerous. Had to turn fridge off because of noise. Food often cold and not topped up regularly. Floor was often a mess where children were allowed to "help themselves" Non service animals were allowed in the eating area"

"Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. "Very clean. Staff was friendly. We needed additional blankets and the front desk gave us some. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is to go. You can grab a Coffee, Popcorn, Donuts, Cookies and similar items to go... by the check in reception. We would stay here again."

"Sparkling clean rooms, heated pool, live music and s'mores every night. My kids loved the slushy machine in the lobby. My only complaint is the shower water that gets all over the bathroom floor because of the half door. Awesome place to stay!"

"The hotel was so nice, clean, convenient, and had great amenities, with choices of views, multiple bars/eateries, coffee shop, rooftop pool overlooking the Island and water show. The rooms had everything we needed and even an in-room jacuzzi tub. We were able to access the hotel from various places in the island(very helpful when super hot or in sudden rain showers. The valet service was quick and very convenient."

"Very disappointed in the noise. People on floor 7 and on our floor 6 were very loud. Not much insulation or sound deadening used during construction. You could see light coming through door frame to hallway. We were in building two. Not sure if main building was built any better. Gym didn't open until 0900. Not helpful if you are a morning workout person. Slides were closed most of the time during the day until 3pm. Very odd schedule. Checkin took over 20 minutes. Only one front desk...

"The room was clean housekeeping did a great job . To charge $15 dollars per person for a breakfast that was totally disgusting ate sort of one morning and that was enough. To say the toiletries available are Dove products lol..it might say Dove on the bottles but that's not what's inside not that dove is a flex . Very tiny indoor pool that the pics online make it look different I could go on forever. I've stayed in Vegas, NY, fl, etc and never got charged $15 a day to park. It's pigeon forge TN...
