"Everything was shiny and clean as we walked through the door. I love having a parking garage as well. When we were outside around the pool area, there was security walking around. It gave us a very secure feeling. The food was very good and the staff vary friendly and helpful. Love this location too."

"Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. "The staff was rude each time I had a question or a genuine problem. I was constantly disrespected and treated like I was a problem! We are paying for this. The carpet was filthy and need to be clean or replaced, fan didn’t work in bathroom, poorly lit room, AC would not stay on, hot and humid in our room, musty odors in the room combined with a strong chemical smell, a surprise fee for parking, amenities misrepresented, mold in bathroom, we found a dirty washcloth in the bathroom ! No breakfast...
