"Very nice renovated room. Hotel in the middle of being renovated so the lobby looks offputting. But our entire floor hallway and room was completely updated and looked beautiful. I can see the vision. Just get the lobby together. Beds are very comfortable."

"The front desk clerk, Dyson, went above and beyond to help me. The main problem was that I got stuck in the bathroom. The door would not open. It got stuck on the carpet. There was no one available in the hotel, no maintenance staff, no manager. Dyson, the clerk, was all alone. After 30 agonizing minutes, the clerk called 911. The police finally arrived and I was released. I was extremely scared that I would not be able to get out. And I was told that this was not the first time that happened."

"After missing my flight and missing my check in by one day my room and reservation was given to a random person who no longer wanted to check out when I arrived the next day. I received no call or notice about this nor was I allowed to get my money back. I will no longer be staying at this hotel not recommend it in the future."

"Clean location, nice staff. but a little to nice they make a lot of mistakes at this hotel and they need to be nice to keep people from getting angry. They messed up our room the first night, which they compensated by giving us a free dinner. and then the next room the tv and AC were not working which they had to fix. it was all and all a good stay but there were a ton of mess ups and they acted as if its normal. Just double check everything before getting there."
