"Great location, clean, safe and exactly as advertised. I spent three nights while in town for a conference. The neighborhood felt safe I never had a problem finding a parking spot on the street. As my room was on the third floor, I was able to open two windows for a cross breeze of fresh air in the evening. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. "Overall decent stay as I was there for a Doctor’s appointment in Mercer Island. The first room we stayed in did not have any hot water in the shower and literally had to convince the facilities staff person that lukewarm water is not acceptable in a shower and we ultimately asked to be moved to another room. Additionally, there was an event that weekend involving children and they were playing and riding the elevators with little to no supervision. The saving grace of our stay was the restaurant...

"Nice and clean. Bed and pillows were super comfy! Food was ok, upset my stomach a little and a bit pricey but breakfast was really good. The balcony was very narrow and no privacy from the other rooms. But overall was a really nice stay."

"This place was tucked amongst larger buildings which made it feel so cozy. We loved that the parking was easy and in front of our room. Very clean and simple, but nice. Just what we were looking for. I’ll come here again, great service from the staff. Breakfast was simple, but adequate."
