"overall its not bad....definitely good for a family however there's a few things I would like to mention that could have an impact for others wanting to book same place. 1. It's not the holiday Inn, its two separate businesses using the same building...some floors have hotel rooms, some have appartment rooms...I haven't see the hotel rooms so I cannot comment on that however I can say it feels misleading when you head into the lobby and they have elevators that are much fancier yet they tell...

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, so I couldn't go inside the hotel and check in. A staff member who worked at the restaurant came down and opened the door for me to wait. When the staff member then arrived and told me about the arrival situation, they didn't apologize for keeping me waiting, but simply said the hotel door was always closed. I stayed for three days."

"The only things I did not like were that first floor is up a stair case or this should have been described somewhere and one of the bathrooms was not very sound proof, but enjoyed my stay overall. Had two bathrooms, comfortable bed, location was great, felt safe, a lot of places and things to do close to the hotel. Great experience!"
