"Onsen very nice. Big luggage will have to carry downstairs, no elevator."

"冷房の効きは良かったです。"

"I have stayed in my fair number of hostels and guesthouses in Japan and this is my new favourite. The atmosphere was so nice, offering like family dinner traditional cooked and eaten together, is a beautifully maintained traditional property. Location was perfect and I highly reccomend, couple hundred metres from the 2nd last stop on the train up (lawson also at the station) and the bus to head down the opposite way is also only 600-700metres away (also 7/11 there). It made for an easy escape...

"施設はいいです。立地が少し悪いところなのでそれだけが気になります。"

"The room itself was clean (although a bit old - like the closet we weren’t really able to use). The bathroom was THE highlight. I wasn’t able to experience the onsen, but it looked great and they had a nice system to ensure patrons are comfortable (men attendance vs women). Not really an issue related to the hostel itself, but the one time I tried to check out the outdoor onsen at night, I think patrons had locked it so I wasn’t able to actually get in… It is a bit of a walk /hike from the main...

"No elevator, carrying luggages to 3rd floor with no staff to help was hard. Location is excellent 2 min from Gora station and cable car to major attraction in Hakone is a plus. Any food or bus stops are 12-14 min walk but the only way is through a very hard long stairs."

"清潔で、安心して利用出来ます。"

"we did the twin room and it was clean and the perfect amount of space we needed. u get what you pay for and overall the staff was super friendly and welcoming. the location is easy to get where you need to go besides the fact its a slight incline of a walk up"

"安く、旅行を楽しみたいのであればとてもオススメです。 近隣には、夜遅くまでやってる飲食店が少ないです。"

"スタッフの方は丁寧で良かったです こばえが飛んでいるのが気になりました"

"Clean bathrooms and convenient location."

"such a cute space and everyone was super sweet and helpful!"

"全く無人のチェックインとアウトで、何の問題もなく出来ましたが、【チェックアウトのリマインダー】がチェックアウト後の午後３時に来たりと、ちぐはぐでした。"
