"I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two...

"I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city"

"Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food."

"Staff was very kind. Spa was under repair. Stay was fine. Breakfast and room basic - aged hotel. Nothing special, fine for brief stay. Good location."

"Location is central and convenient. Clean and quiet. Need to improve bed quality and maintain curtains and toilets. Staff very helpful and welcoming"

"Das Zimmer war sauber und modern. Auch das Frühstück war großzügig und abwechslungsreich. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es, in einem Center versteckt, einen Supermarkt. Der einzige Markel war, dass es kein Fahrstuhl gibt und man seine Koffer in die erste Etage tragen muss."

"Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast."

"Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation."

"The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked."

"Персонал довольно отзывчивый, для три заезды отель очень даже неплохой))) Единственное — хотелось бы иметь в номерах чайник. А так есть холодильники, кондиционер. Вполне чисто."

"Terrible dirty sheets; extremely dirty room, no hot water , extremely poor service."

"It is a good priced hotel and the room was decently sized, but my shower had problems with the water pressure and the heat. Staff are okay, they don’t seem to want to be there though."

"Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to Baiterek!"
