"Parking was good. Staff was friendly and tried to help. Window AC as cold in the living room, but the bedrooms were warm. Had to keep the doors opened. Bathroom had no ventilation and became very wet. Ceiling lights in the living room didn’t work. Couldn’t get the tvs on. Staff came in. She said there should be two controls for each and we only had one for each. We looked for them and found three buried in the couch. Kitchen was very adequate. This is an older facility with older appliances. I rated it good!"
