"Let's start off with this. We had a little trouble finding the place because of road closures from a storm that rolled through the town a day prior. What a nice location though!! Perfectly placed to accommodate everything we wanted to do as a family. The issue I had and it's the only issue was the refrigerator was not running well and the freezer and fridge caused my food to have to be thrown away, now yes that stinks and was unfortunate, but the staff made me very happy and were more than...

"It looks like you're stepping into the 1970's when you arrive. But everything has been updated. Very clean. Storm came through and took the sign out. But my whole family was at the comfort inn a mile away. They lost power and all left before the wedding ended. We didn't, stayed and had a great time. Huge refrigerator, Huge"

"The property was nicely decorated but there was no staff. Two of the towel racks were falling off the wall and there was only one trash can. We had to go down the hall to the kitchen to throw away coffee cups. We weren't told we needed a pin to check in. We found out when we got there and called them. "After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater."

"The condo was a bit beat up. Very tired. The gas fire place was not working which was a little disappointing. We had a nice time but the property wasn't worth what we paid for it."

"When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time."
