"We loved our stay here so much! Especially our daily black kitty visitor! The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We did not use the pool because we were on the water beach each day. There are loungers available and the beach is very clean with soft sand. This was a nice, quiet stay that’s far enough away from the full moon party and jungle party to enjoy some solitude but still close enough to not have to travel far! "General tidiness was poor - the duvet did not have a cover on it the first night that I had booked and there were stains on it. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I approached them. On two of the days that I stayed, the water stopped running for several hours. I went out every day so I'm unsure exactly for how long the problem persisted. Leider befindet sich direkt dahinter auch die Durchgangsstrasse, was tagsüber doch manchmal sehr laut wahrnehmbar ist. Nachts ist aber weitgehend Ruhe. "Really enjoyable stay. So nice to stay right on the beach. Pool was lovely and very deep. Staff very friendly and work very hard to keep resort looking lovely. Location excellent - lots of restaurants, stores, markets in area to easily walk to. The gym is large and well equipped. It is open air, so shade and ceiling fans but no a/c, so I found it very warm to work out. Likewise, the a/c in our room was very poor, more like a fan. So we were always warm in the room. "Really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a bungalow which was much bigger than the photos suggested. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were excellent and very helpful with things like motorbike hire and taxis, and even folded our clothes for us and tidied up the room when cleaning.
