"Wait staff at breakfast stood around talking instead of serving. Housekeeping the last day just made the bed and did not clean and we got an eye roll when we told her we were leaving in 10 minutes. Music blared at 715 am from the restaurant disturbing our room right off the patio, and then in the restaurant it was so loud you couldnt talk. Booked a massage for an hour and it was only 45 min endingat 10 till the hour and not on the hour. Shower was tepid most days.tv only worked with netflix...

"My stay at La Haut was great! The room was very spacious with amazing views of the bay and the pitons. The resort was conveniently located close to attractions like the waterfall and Sulphur Springs. I got the chance to meet the owner Joe, and he was very welcoming at his house in the resort where the infinity pool with the views of the pitons was. "We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling."

In all of our travels to the eastern carribean we have never met such nice people working at the resort. They were friendly and always helpful."
