"Unvergleichliche Lage im Nationalpark mit Zebras, Impalas und Giraffen auf dem Gelände. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, Personal ganz überwiegend sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war außergewohnlich gut und reichhaltig. High Tea und Spa (Massagen) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Aufpassen muss man allerdings bei der Schlussrechnung: Bei uns fanden sich einige Sachen, die wir so nicht gebucht hatten. Dies wurde allerdings nach entsprechender Reklamation berichtigt."

"Batonka Lodge was booked as part of a package trip that we did to Africa. However, we extended our trip so stayed two additional nights at the Lodge. "We stayed in a standard double. It was tight for room but bed very comfortable. Pool was nice just to cool off because we hit the hot period. The internet worked very well. Tent was way too hot even with a fan during the day but cooled off nicely around 8-9pm. Bathroom facilities were not so nice/ipdated. No hot water when we came but because of the heat, that was ok.
