"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"It was such a beautiful location, I miss it! The room was larger than I expected, and bathroom was spacious and clean. The building and entire space was beautiful. The pool was cool and clean. Breakfast was delicious and more than satisfying, served outside. Staff were friendly and kind. The hammam experience was intense and satisfying, and massage was one of best ever gotten.
