The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20, ridiculous. The residence was beautiful. We stopped at Walmart beforehand.

Beautiful private home

The house was very beautiful and clean. It had a private pool. We did ask for the jacuzzi when we booked online and this house did not have it. There was also no beach towels provided. Buy groceries before because the buffet was not that great for the price. Will definitely return.

Firstly we werent given the house we reserved.

The swimming pool wasnt cleaned. The maid service didnt start showing up until Wednesday. The house we reserved had a bathtub, as we took our 6 month old grand baby with us, so no bath tub to bath baby and no hottub.Secondly the ad stated access to many restaurants and bars. But breakfast for a fee. Upon arrival yes we had access to that for $70.00 usd per person. We headed into town one day to buy groceries and came back the big sliding glass door laying on the kitchen floor!! Guess someone made it into the house. Would probably never go back there. Especially after phoning VRBO and basically wasting my time on the phone.

Beautiful property

We rented this home for a family vacation for 15 people. There were enough beds and space for all of us. None of us had to sleep on the sofa or on cots. The beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The pool and back yard was simply breathtakingly beautiful. I loved that there was a bbq set included. The washing machine was a little wonky, the door would lock during cycles but it wouldn't unlock when the clothes were done washing, it would just restart all over again. We had some plumbing issues but called maintenance and they fixed the issues right away. The fridge was not cooling properly, we were lucky our food did not spoil. The house could have been cleaner, even after the cleaning service came through, the floors were still dirty. Beds were clean, washrooms were clean. They did not provide toilet paper when we ran out, said it was our responsibility to supply this, which we were unaware of. The house is located on the golf course which is quite a ways away from the resorts and beaches. The tram service does shuttle you there, however, you do need to walk to the tram stop to catch a tram. (not door to door service). Late at night when returning home, the tram drivers, when asked nicely, would drop us off at the house. The resort themselves were beautiful, well deserving of the 5 star ratings. The pools were nice, entertainment was grand. I just wish we were given an itinerary of what was going on, for example, shows and what not at each of the resorts on a daily or weekly basis. We missed out on some of the main events and shows due to lack of information. All in all, the house was beautiful, a little far out from the resort and beaches but very private. All four bedrooms had its own private full bathroom which was excellent with a big group. I'm not sure if I would rent a house again on this resort, even though it was so cost effective. *** By the way, the grocery store was quite a ways away, not walking distance. I loved the fact that we could go all inclusive, which we did, during part of our vacation for a fee. Having the family under one roof was nice instead of in different hotel rooms. So pros and cons but the house itself had everything as listed.

La ubicación es buena pues se encuentra a 5 mins en auto de la playa de Akumal y como a 15 de Tulum. Nosotros rentamos una de las casas del complejo, para ello es necesario llevar auto pues las casas están ubicadas lejos de las instalaciones del hotel. La casa era acogedora con todo el equipo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Tenía una alberca privada, muy buena opción si viajas con toda tu familia pues puede albergar hasta 12 personas.
