Very disappointing!!
The code they sent for key was incorrect; they never did send anyone to help. The property management Olahola is terrible. They quit answering their phone at 2:30. A girl from downstairs called them and got the correct code. Wasted over an hour of our time to get in. The hot Tub pictured and advertised does NOT work; doesn't hold water, hot water trickles out and would take 2 days to fill. The microwave does not heat food, and there is NO mirror upstairs - bathroom or in the bedroom. It is a lot of stairs to the upstairs room/bathroom. And the private beach is on the other side of a 4 way highway. Not easy to get to. Picture of place looks like you can see the beach - not true. Very disappointing. No extra toilet paper, no dishrags, no paper towels, no extra garbage liners. We were there for 4 days for heavens sakes. And there is a strong smell of sewage when you drive in. Blech
