"We really enjoyed our stay here. Great views of Akureyri and the northern lights. The room was spotless. Staff were very helpful - we asked about wine and beer as the bar wasnt open in winter. They got us a bottle of wine and some beers which was great as it was my partners birthday. "

"We were disappointed, arrived in late evening and were supposed to stay 2 days but we immediately booked another hotel (K16 apartments) for the following night, which for a little more money gave us a much better experience.
The issues we encountered: no free parking close by, 2 flights of stairs to carry our suitcases up to the apt, very small studio with sofa bed which occupies a lot of space when opened, plus an heavy glass and metal coffee table which further reduces space, no bath towels...

"Good location, walkable distance to restaurants and city center. Limited parking could be a problem for late check ins. Door codes were convenient, easy check in and entry.
