"The hotel has 5 stars public facilities but the rooms are outdated and need serious refurbishment. The bathroom particularly was at 2 stars level. The service was very slow as well: ordering a sandwich can take 40 minutes... Plus side the location is fantastic: the revolving restaurant has probably the best view in Cairo."

"Omg what a find! This is a gem. It has an elevator! Big screen television. Huge bed. Very big room with an oversized bathroom. The best part is the breakfast with the best coffee and fresh eggs and potatoes and yogurt and two kinds of bread and juice and fresh fruit. Just amazing. The location is in the midst of everything with coffee shops around and a McDonald’s. Just everything you could possibly want with the nicest staff especially Mustafa the receptionist and Muhammad the guy who took our bags and led us to our room. They helped us bring our bags down. It’s like being in a five star hotel with 1 star price. If this place has rooms available don’t think twice! Book it! Also they have the best tours available with unbeatable prices. Just can’t say enough good about this hotel."
