"ピラミッドのチケットオフィスから通りを挟んだ向かいにあり、24時間開いているルーフトップからはナイトショーもよく見えます。朝食のビュッフェの内容は毎日同じですが、スタッフは笑顔でフレンドリーに接してくれて、毎朝揚げたてのファラヘルを運んでくれました。チェックインの際にフロントスタッフがギザで過ごす時の注意事項を伝えてくれて、日帰り国内移動の際の空港送迎もその場で快く受け付けてくれました。(往復1200エジプトポンドくらいだったと思います。) Uberでホテルに配車した際にナンバープレートのアラビア数字が読めないことを伝えると、フロントスタッフがわたしが正しい車に乗車するまで付き添ってくれました。外出から戻るとスタッフはいつも笑顔で挨拶してくれて、何か困ったことはないか？問題ないか？と声をかけてくれます。施設は新しいとは言い難いですが、丁寧に清掃されており、スタッフのサービスも含めると価格以上の価値があります。とてもおすすめのホテルです。"

"This was my first time coming to Cairo and I enjoyed the stay. I am someone who comes from the uk so at first it was a transition but it became better as we got used to it. "I had a one night stop over in Cairo, and this hotel was a lovely place to stay. The breakfast and lunch buffets were wonderful, served at a pool-side cafe. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. If you book and day tours of the pyramids, I would recommend going through Viator and not using the tour company situated in the hotel. "
