"Check-in staff was under staffed so there was a very long line (and wait) to check in. Also, the wait for the elevators at critical times (8am and 5pm for example) were kind of excruciating. Additionally, the parking was difficult under the building. Rooms were nice, quiet and comfy."

"The atmosphere was very nice More representative of what the real Hawaii is like. The staff were all very nice. Pool hot tub snorkel gear paddle boards and kayaks were really nice to have available. Comfortable bed Seating not so comfortable but we didnโt spend much time in the room. The room needs some repairs ie door sticks linen closet needs repainting. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thanks for a pleasurable stay"

"Amazing stay! The property sits right on the beach. Loved the Mai Tai bar and Surf Lanai - the pink pancakes were truly delicious. The staff was incredible and really elevated our stay there. The room was gorgeous - we had previously stayed at the Sheraton right across the way, and it doesnโt have the same historic feel like the Royal Hawaiian does. Definitely recommend!"
