The first room we were given a suite we had originally reserved was in unacceptable condition. Bed-when we arrived at 630pm our room was not clean and ready. It was the last room and took 2 hours for us to get into the room. Wifi only works in the Lobby, not in our room. Ice machine located outside our door and very noisy. Phone not connected. Shower dials broken and about to fall off the wall. Housekeepers only left decaf coffee every time. Much improvement needed!!!!!"

On check in, hotel staff told me I was currently booked on second floor rooms but that elevator was not working due to renovations. He offered to move us to first floor if we wanted. I was traveling with my daughter and her two young children, plus my son and his dog. He was very helpful and pleasant and made the switch which made it much easier for us and our multiple to cars to carry...

"This is NOT a three star rating as posted by the questionable "Anonymous" reviews. We left after one hour due to what appeared to be blood stains on one of the lampshades, and just general uncleanliness. There was a pile of someones dirty clothes sitting in the hallway.
