"We are very grateful to Enid and Herman to stay in their warm loved home. It felt like home to us, we did not want to leave. They exceeded all our expectations, it would be hard for us to book another hotel after this experience. It felt like old good Canada we loved and cherished. "

"The host was lovely. It was a bit weird to have to remove shoes and wear slippers to check in. Although it is advertised as a B & B you do have to pay extra for breakfast, which is fine, just good to know. The breakfast was generous. The room was comfortable with good amenities and it was wonderful to walk to Sam's restaurant where the food was divine! "

"Amazing time at Aurum Lodge. It's a small lodge with a homey feel. The staff was extremely welcoming. The property is steps from Abraham Lake. There are some hiking trails on property. The restaurant had great food. Highly recommend a stay at Aurym Lodge if you're driving between Banff and Jasper. "

"Amazing stay at this cute little house, thanks Louise for sharing her place with us. We were at our room upstairs (had good privacy), easy access to the house and got parking right at front, great decorations in the house, books/guides for Jasper and Rockies. Louise replenished fresh fruits, bread/butter/jam, coffee and milk in the room during our stay and we had popcorn too! The bathroom downstairs was shared but it worked out all fine. All in all, a very comfortable stay!"
