"The room was comfortable and clean. The house keeping staff ran out of wash cloths. The view was great. The restaurant was ok. A little slow and the food was fair. Lots of other places to eat in Banff. Try Melissa’s."

"The hotel is modest, but very clean. The staff are friendly and give you space, which I really appreciate. Check-in is quick, and if your room feels chilly, you can ask for an extra heater. I’ve never noticed any dirt during my stays here. I read some reviews expressing concerns about safety because there are homeless people nearby and the hotel is close to downtown. Personally, I felt comfortable walking through the parking lot, and no one bothered me."
