"Stay away. Expedia shows some luxury pictures, and you get nothing. These people were arrogant. My brand new car was scratched and dented just because I spoke to staff, as the Expedia pictures and reality had zero similarity. Expedia should be ashamed too for uploading luxury pics that are totally irrelevant."

"The room was quite large, which was good. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and obviously somebody has smoked in it. It needs a smoke detector before it’s rented out again and a good cleaning and deodorizing. It also needs a coffee pot."

"Located far from any amenities or shops. It was fairly comfortable, but the kitchen lacked many tools for making our simple dinners such as tongs or a pairing knife. There seem to be a lot of rules around eating and cooking smells that I haven’t seen in other places. The pool was quite small and the hot tub did not work properly. It wasn’t terrible, but I would not consider staying here again."

"Very disappointing experience. We were supposed to check in at 5 PM, but we did not receive proper check-in instructions. We tried calling and messaging for around 2 hours and got no response, which made the check-in process very stressful.
