"We had a nice spacious comfortable room equipped with all amenities. Will book again for next stay. "

"Check-in was done via message. Was provided with building door code and room door code. Room itself is very small but fully functional. There was king bed, smart tv, fridge, microwave, full bathroom. With 2 people and bags the room was pretty full. No complaints on room. I’m not in Canmore to sit in a hotel anyway Parking around hotel is difficult if you’re back too late. We use pedal bikes in Canmore so we found good parking around 5pm. Would definitely book again."

"The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis."

"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"We had a great stay, convenient location, clean rooms and pleasant staff. The only drawback we found were that the walls were quite thin so noise from other rooms was audible with our door closed."
