"This property is so pet friendly -- they have treats and toys to share, and the staff were all very engagning with our dog. The hotel and bar staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Parking was attached to hotel and the location for walking, shopping and eating downtown was great."

"First we were given the wrong room, so we had to go back to the desk to discover why our key wasn’t working. Our room had a used shower cap hanging in the bathroom on the door hook. The mini fridge was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The hall noise is easily heard. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff (Spoonbread) were delightful."

"I would love to see the breakfast chef whose omelettes are divine, smile and make eye contact when engaging with guests. He looks right over you when speaking with you and quite often is dismissive and pretentious. Other than this particular experience, our 4 night stay was all that we’d hoped it would be. "Liked the staff and rooms. My concern is that we saw enough dogs to start a kennel. From start to finish. I know businesses have to embrace a "pet friendly" attitude. To me, it appears the pendulum swung too far the other way. I don't hold anything against this facility because businesses have to follow trends to stay afloat."
