"Beautiful 100 year old house. Our suite was roomy & we had everything that we needed, including plush robes. The rate was very reasonable & included an excellent free breakfast every morning plus a glass of wine & a charcuterie plate @ 5PM! The only downside was that the house & grounds could use a little TLC. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay & plan to come back again."

"Loved this place & its quirkiness. You definitely need to notice the fine print which I may not have fully but isn’t a true B&B. However, there are plenty of free breakfast continental items and specialty coffees and teas for your enjoyment. Self service what you want and how ever much you want. "Beautiful boarding house on the National Registry. Highly recommend staying here. Delicious breakfast, made to order, daily. Popular restaurant by night. My husband said the trout was the best he has ever had, anywhere. Walk to town or to Tomahawk Lake Town is a popular shopping destination 20 minutes to Biltmore and the Blue Ridge museum and parkway. Also check out the town museum and the huge antique store just off the highway. "

"The Sweet Biscuit Inn lived up to its name! The property was lovely and the room was wonderful. We stayed in # 5. The view of the front lawn and gardens is beautiful and so peaceful. "Our stay was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We stayed in the Carolina Cottage which is not in the main house. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast each day was a 3 course consisting of a blended smoothie to start, followed by a small yogurt parfait or waffle and then the main dish that was a bit more substantial. "We could not recommend highly enough. Willy and Shoney are great hosts. Three-course breakfasts were amazing. Homemade cookies set out as take-aways every day. Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay."
