"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ABSOLUTE TORTURE. The hotel give us a room above the nightclub where they were having a huge party for several hours, violating all noise laws. The noise level in our room was DOUBLE the legal limit; the floorboards shook for hours, causing us severe anxiety. It was unbearable. The rooms are not properly soundproofed, which makes no sense in a hotel with a nightclub (it's also illogical that a place meant for rest, like a hotel, would host such massive parties until...

She was quickly able to move us to room 436 and able to check us in early. When we returned to our room after a nice day out we found that our room had not been attended to by WGC, the third party provider. It appeared that no one else on the floor had their room made up. "This hotel was our favorite of the 9 nights we spent at different hotels across the UK. It was very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was parking. You have to park in a garage a block away and walk over with your luggage. A bit of a pain and cost us 15 pounds for one night."
