"Stayed for one night. Service, staff, check in and check out were perfect. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Only thing we were asked to pay fees ( not minimum charge) to enter the night club B2 !!! Which was weird considering we are hotel residents. We were willing to pay for the drinks and food but we felt it was an abuse."

"It was a wonderful stay in king Fouad room which has direct access to the beach and very clean. Also the crew was very helpful and nice. The breakfast is perfect with different varieties of food."

"VIDA Marina Marassi left my husband and I in awe! We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until check out. We were greeted by the Duty Manager, Nada who was not only polite and professional, but also a breath of fresh air to work with a we wanted to upgrade our room. She went up herself to make sure everything was up to standard before we received the keys! The day before check in we called the hotel to double check on our booking details and some logistics relating to our marriage license… We spoke to Seham who was truly wonderful, she answered all of our questions and double checked with her supervisors on everything before getting back to us. She called us back multiple times to make sure we’re taken care of and that everything is set before we arrive. The room was so clean and the view was breathtaking on the Marina… we were greeted by a sweet note and a welcome cake! We ate at both restaurants SOCAL and Origins and both were truly amazing! Mohammad and Abdallah were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we need. At check out we were greeted by Rewan who was the cherry on top of our stay wishing us well and answered all of our questions as we are planning to come back in August! To everyone at VIDA Marina - we had a blast and were blown away by the level of service and professionalism matched by the welcoming staff and phenomenal atmosphere! We weren’t planning another trip to Egypt this year, but because of this wonderful experience we will!"
