"Pros: friendly staff, free laundry machines, free breakfast, well maintained property, good water pressure in shower, nice kitchenette in room Cons: sleeper sofa was not comfortable and there is no door from the bathroom sink area to the main bedroom, so it is not a great setup for a person planning on sleeping in the living room or someone trying to get ready while others are sleeping. "The staff is very friendly and our room was clean! They offered some of the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! We stayed here for a concert in red rocks and would totally recommend to anyone else doing the same."

"The carpets were dirty and mold in the shower. Shower head was sideways and couldn’t be moved. The breakfast was basic"

"I'm big on sheet quality and have been sorely disappointed at 90% of the hotels I visited in the past few years. The sheets here were wonderful. And the big screen tv was an added bonus."

"The room was clean and roomy and the staff were all very friendly. Really had only one complaint. The breakfast set-up was too tight and not roomy enough. Also, the equipment/method used for retrieving our hot food was awkward and difficult to get into. Lifting up the glass doors to go under is not condusive to anyone, let alone an older person. "Showed up late at night to be informed that the hotel was overbooked. We booked the double queen room with the pull out sofa for a family of 5. They asked if a king room with 1 pull out sofa couch would suffice. The hotel doesn’t have pull out beds to offer. They waived the parking fee and threw in 2 additional bottles of water for the inconvenience. Would have been nice if the hotel would have reached out prior to our arrival so other arrangements could have been made that would have worked for...

"Dead bug on the rug, no meat or protein offered, air conditioner fan motor loud and noisy, not functioning well. We had two rooms and four guests, 3 got cold showers, I, being the 4th did not even take a shower, due to hot water issues."

"After paying the amount you spend to stay the night, you would expect parking to be included but I had to pay for overnight parking and to make it worse, I didn't see a continental breakfast so I couldn't depart directly home, I had to stop and eat breakfast somewhere before heading out."
