Serviced Apartment di Allegheny County

"I struggle too much to complain because it was very affordable for the area it was in and compared to other places. That being said, the mold in the shower, the dryer in two different units that didn’t work and the lack of towels or pillows left even the good price a little questionable. The room smelled like someone was hiding trash in it, that on top of being moved further away from the parking I pre-bought was incredibly frustrating. We got in late so we didn't want to have to move rooms either."

"They never sent us check in information so we could not check in. Upon arrival, the exterior and interior lobby were filthy filled with over 500 cigarettes butts. Trash littered everywhere. I tried to contact them multiple times and never have received any answers. The phone number given was out of order. We will need a full refund. The place is not what was advertised. "
