The hotel is downtown and serviceable with a decent restaurant and Starbucks nearby. But it is loud as it is on the corner of two busy streets. We were disappointed to have no cleaning nd room service during our two night stay.

We stayed at this property for a concert that was held in the PPL Center in downtown Allentown, PA. The valet service was very courteous and professional. It was nice being warmly greeted by the personel working the front desk. The location was key as the hotel has its own entrance straight into the PPL Center. There are plenty of food options right in the vicinity.
