"Room was small but clean. Amenities were basic but sufficient; about what you'd expect for the price. Very easy to walk 10-15 min to cafes and restaurants in Mill Valley, easy access to Sausalito, Woods, and hiking in Marin. Perfect for what I needed."

TV worked, but had slow refresh rate (somewhat pixelated). The gap under the door made a strange whistling sound; it just needs a threash-hold gasket. "Great location. Room was clean, however, the carpets ( very much so), upholstered furniture cushions REALLY need cleaning. Bathrooms could be cleaned more than only once a day. Other guests were friendly. Very funky historical building, so interesting in that regard. The hallways were crowded with old furniture and very dusty and dirty. For safety and ease of mobility, those hallways should be open and clear. Windows in our room were difficult to open, and blinds were broken. Other than that,...

"The location is great with a very short walk to the Giants game; the views from high floors are nice. Check-in was frustrating; our room wasn't ready until 7:30 pm. The refrigerator wasn't working; there is no microwave. We rented two rooms for two nights. Both rooms lack an additional mirror. The only mirrors are in the bathroom. Tough when you have multiple occupants in a double-bed room. Parking was expensive, over $100 per night with fees, and a nightmare to retrieve your car. They failed...

"The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. But it was lacking some essentials for the price we paid compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in SF. Such as a lighted or any kind of makeup mirror. And the light was not adjustable in the bathroom for putting makeup on. No place to conveniently hang a used hand towel or wash rag. Very little room to place toiletries for two guests. It would have been adequate for one person. Only two towels, which really isn’t enough for...

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."

"As others have mentioned. I had booked Bay view with hardly visibility of Bay. The hotel location is ideal to get on freeway but there is hardly anything to offer by Hotel itself - Interior is little outdated, Room checkin process is not the best, housekeeping was night mare. I had leaks in my washroom and asked for housekeeping, it was not resolved until next day."
