"The customer service was very good. Although we had separate rooms, my family was able to be on the same floor and hall in close proximity to each other. However, I was not excited about my room. We had a hard time closing the door until we were able to figure out how to keep it closed. The bed linen had stains on it, fortunately I brought my own blankets. I was really disappointed with the continental breakfast and the very few options that were available."

"The staff was great about getting into our room earlier than check in. We had to put a $100 deposit down for incidental damage and when we got into the room - it was trashed. The couch cushions looked like they were wrapped in duct tape, the entertainment center had dings all over it. The chairs were stained. The room was clean, but they need to put money into the quality of the room. "

"New hotel with large rooms - environmentally conscious. Comfortable bed, good lighting options in room. Clean, great kitchenette with utensils and serving dishes. Staff was friendly & helpful. Good breakfast choice - eggs, various breads & meats each day. European style cheeses, meats, sauces and condiments on buffet. Wish coffee was a little stronger. Yogurt machine didn’t work. Waffle iron was out of service."

"Thankfully the room was clean and mostly comfortable. We were on the first floor near an exit so we had to listen to a lot of door slamming. It would have been enough to keep me awake if I was a light sleeper. I was taken aback that the property charges a parking fee. I’ve never paid parking for a hotel unless the parking was in a garage. This seems like greed. There was only one person working the bar/cafe/dining area. "

"This was a wonderful stay. The staff was great. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. The evening dinner was great too. 3 free alcoholic beverages per adult. The pool was nice as well. I will stay there again. I recommend this Drury Inn and Suites to everyone."

"Arrived to check in and was told there would be a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. I asked what incidentals? and was told incase I damaged the room or smoked in the room, really? The room had a hair in the tub, a used towel under the sink, urine stain running down the outside of the toilet, the bolt lock on the door didn’t work, and the floors were dirty. I took off my shoes and walked around in the room in my white socks and the bottoms became filthy."
