"Everything was clean and nice. I will be back"

"Arrived to check in and was told there would be a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. I asked what incidentals? and was told incase I damaged the room or smoked in the room, really? The room had a hair in the tub, a used towel under the sink, urine stain running down the outside of the toilet, the bolt lock on the door didn’t work, and the floors were dirty. I took off my shoes and walked around in the room in my white socks and the bottoms became filthy."

"The staff was great about getting into our room earlier than check in. We had to put a $100 deposit down for incidental damage and when we got into the room - it was trashed. The couch cushions looked like they were wrapped in duct tape, the entertainment center had dings all over it. The chairs were stained. The room was clean, but they need to put money into the quality of the room. "

"The hot water is absolutely scalding temperature, and will not be combined with cold at all, please check the shower after I'm gone, and these beds look new but my back is wrecked after staying here. There was no chair in the room at all so all I had to sit on one of these really hard beds. I will not stay here again because of this. I asked for a chair, went to the office and specifically asked for one. Saw several inside the former pool area. No one ever said a word to me about it. So I'm leaving today and going to stay somewhere else which is really going to hurt my back. I have to move all this crap but I'm not willing to complain. I don't want any backlash while I was staying here so I'll wait until it was time to check out to say anything"

"Room: The tile floor was slick like the mop was used in the kitchen by the fryer. "

"Room was clean but the bed was terrible and the bed pillows were terrible as well. Get better mattresses and better pillows!!"

"Place was under renovation and we were offered $10 off next Drury stay..no thanks "

"The customer service was very good. Although we had separate rooms, my family was able to be on the same floor and hall in close proximity to each other. However, I was not excited about my room. We had a hard time closing the door until we were able to figure out how to keep it closed. The bed linen had stains on it, fortunately I brought my own blankets. I was really disappointed with the continental breakfast and the very few options that were available."
