"We did not get much sleep. The noise from the interstate, traffic, planes, room a/c, and whatever hotel equipment running right next to the room was so loud we couldn’t get decent sleep. We kept hoping it would quiet down but it never did. This was by far the worst hotel stay we have had in decades. The staff was seemed inexperienced with the reservation system making for slow check in and out. I would not recommend!"

"This was a business trip so a clean, safe. quiet hotel with reliable internet are top priorities. My only minor gripe was the breakfast selection was missing yogurt and oatmeal (emphasis on minor gripe). I do have to give Don a big shout out for helping me with an early check in. Thx Don!!"

"Our room was not ready after the check in time, the staff was not accommodating, and our air did not work. The staff's resolution to no air was to give us a box fan that did not work on high. The rooms leaked because of the rain. It was a terrible experience."

"Poor maintenance staff things that are broken are not getting fixed. Suggest replacing all the locks on the doors. Got sent to three different rooms locks did not work on any of them. Breakfast was terrible don’t understand how you can screw up powered eggs but it happened. We will avoid all Holiday inn express in the future improvements need to be made."

"The pool was closed when we checked in and we weren’t notified ahead of time. They were very helpful in approval or early check out the next day. Great breakfast! Very clean!"

"The pros - Clean location, affordable price, reasonable breakfast. The cons: This had to be one of the most uncomfortable beds known to mankind. It was so soft it was like a gummy worm meets marshmallow - with dips in the middle and it seemingly tilted backwards. My boyfriend and I were in misery throughout the night. We were on the second floor (there are three) and the ceiling had to be paper thin between us as we heard the person walk above us at all times. At 4:00 a.m. ish there was some...

"The staff was very helpful. The room was not cleaned daily. no garbage can in the bathroom, and I had to get towels after the first night. The room was comfortable, quiet and we were able to rest well."

"Our stay was great! Only a few things stuck out. We had to get bedding for the pull out couch at the front desk. There was also no laundry bag. Everything else was great!"
