"Everything was great. The check in was hassle free, the staff were very polite and professional and the room, perfectly clean. I did have an issue with the heater not keeping the room warm, when I arrived, but the 2 staff who dealt with it, went out of their way to solve the issue. The Hotel is very conveniently situated and there is ample parking and no potholes, unlike a similar Hotel nearby. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. Had a bottle of wine each and took the remainder go the room where we settled down for the evening. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a full English breakfast and then sorted ourselves out for a 11am departure. "
