"Awesome and kind staffnat the reception. We didn't need or saw any room service for the whole stay si not sure how they operate. The place was very clean, we have towels, linens and proper kitchenette tools. Great experience in general, we can't wait to go back"

"Was a fun alternative to a traditional hotel. While cozy, the boat was quite comfortable and quiet and it was fun to be able to spend the evening on the roof patio. Staff was great, especially Joao, who checked us in and took good care of us."

"The hotel and room were very clean. Close to all major attractions. Communication between management team was also great as when we needed to communicate them. I would stay there again! "

"Our serviced apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, bright and spacious, perfect for our family of 4.
It was in a great location close to everything including the Santa Justa lift, Rossio square and Station and you can catch the important trams routes to Belem and the castle in less than a 5 min walk.
Rooms were spacious and had enough storage for cases and clothes. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Great views from the room.
Customer service here was super helpful...
