"They are in the middle of renovation but the room was clean."

"Old hotel. Stale smoke smell. Staff was helpful in moving to another room. Shower was great and beds comfortable. No amenities. Bare bones hotel."

"The AC didn’t work in the room. The pool was not available. The front desk staff for check in was absolutely rude. Had to let the water in the shower run for about five minutes before it stopped being brown and the entire hotel smelled like sewage. Both beds in the room were broken."

"I contacted the hotel for the airport shuttle but learned that the shuttle stops at 8:00. It would help to include that in their listing. I ultimately arrived after 10:00 pm by Uber and was assigned a room. As soon as I opened the door to the room there was a "huge" clump of hair that was as the entrance of the bathroom. I was shocked how it could have been missed in the cleaning process. I asked to be assigned to another room hoping that the problems were behind me only to get to the next room,...

"The property was amazing! With a puppy as part of our family, we especially enjoyed walking the campus which was quiet and beautiful. The room was clean and staff very helpful. Highly recommend!"

"One night family stay, bathroom fan wouldn’t turn off, sink faucet handle hits mirror above when using it, noticeable stain in middle of chair cushion, large dent in wall, bedroom curtain coming off of track. No ramp in front of hotel entrance. Need to carry luggage up onto curb. Expected a better maintained hotel. Staff was friendly."

"The bed was so comfortable! Very, very, very, very clean. Can’t complain at all about our stays. Definitely will be back! Some potential improvements are Keurig/K cup coffee maker in the room instead of the pour over and freezer in the mini fridge would’ve been nice as well."

"We visited this weekend for our eldest to check out LU. It was perfect! Great location, clean, affordable, nice breakfast and quiet for sleep. The staff were so friendly and if she decides to attend Liberty, it would be silly for us to stay anywhere else."
