"Do not recommend! Buyer beware! Cancelled my reservation without contacting me after running my low limit credit card that I used to hold my reservation on a pay at the property. Front desk associate didn’t stand or greet us upon entering the hotel. Refused to rebook us & told us to go to the Home Too. Called Home Too & they wanted to put my party of four in a room with one king & a pull out for more money. No thank you! Made a reservation at the local Marriott and was treated amazingly. ...

"Very friendly staff. Very clean room comfortable bed. Breakfast was not very good and ac in room was very loud. I did not use other amenities so can not rate them. Overall reasonable price for a quick overnight stay while traveling."

"One of the best family hotels around. I brought my children of ages 3mo, 16, 13, and 11 to this hotel and it did not disappoint. The restaurant that is attached, Tori Blue was very nice. The indoor pool gave the children something to do while I was able to get some focused gym time as well. The aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely stunning. This is a very peaceful hotel with exceptionally kind and accommodating staff members. Rooms were spacious and clean. No issues at all over Easter weekend....

"Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and extremely small. Room was nice. Breakfast was terrible. Cold sausage and rubbery eggs with hard French toast. Waffles were good. Was told we could check out at 12:30 and then at 11:30 they started knocking on our door and calling us. Was told no late check out due to the workers wanted to get home for Easter. "Upon checking in the location was just what I was looking for convenience to the university. The problems I had was the room smelled like smoke and an old musky smell. The tv turned on but had no cable to be able to watch anything. The fire alarm cover was hanging off like someone was trying to take it down. The carpet was nasty dirty feeling. There was cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling above the beds. The little fridge shelves were pulled out and leaned up on it like they was gonna...

"The pool was not open, so no pool. The beds & bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom was fine except for the very short shower curtain and water all over the floor when showering."
