"I am an older woman. The place does not have an elevator. The man at the front desk opened the door to the stairs and did not help me carry a large suitcase up the stairs. Common courtesy would have been nice. "

"The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make us welcome and help with anything we needed. The 2 room suite was perfect for our situation. The hotel was clean but well used in some places. This is a good family and longer term stay hotel. "

"Was very happy overall, however, when I grabbed the spare blanket it was dirty, and the shower control seemed to have some problem which made it difficult to get the hot water working. That room space and comfort was good, the kitchen area was adequate, but would have like a kettle. Good storage."

"The shower had mold in it, and the bathroom in general was very warn out (no stopper for the sink, missing pieces of wallpaper, poorly repainted tub. etc.). "

"Hotel was as expected. It was just fine. I booked through a hotels.com I’ve always had a great room doing that but this time they put me on the main floor where there have been pets and I have allergies to pets. They didn’t seem to care they would not put me up to another floor. Unfortunately, we love the hotel. It will probably not return after the way we treated !! We go there every year, but I was just very disappointed this last year"

"The parking was safe and convenient, staff was amazing! Just people in the next room kept going in and out all night letting the door slam shut. Sadly the rest i needed wasn't there."
