"Everything about my stay was fabulous, I really love the idea of having a full kitchen, except there was no can opener in the kitchen, but compared to other places that I have stayed in, no where compares to this hotel. I needed an early check in and was able to do so with no problem at all. I would recommend the Resident Inn to anyone who is traveling and wants a top notch place to stay. "All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak."

"I stayed in room 316, I tried making a call phone wasn’t working!! I spoke to a gentleman, before leaving No one ever came to change the phone, I had to use my cell phone. I spoke to the young lady at the front desk about my concerns and her response was I understand not I’ll give you a discount everything else was okay."

"This property is making some headway on modernizing since my last stay a couple of years ago. They biggest problem and stress is parking. This property caters to road crews with pick ups, some with trailers, and bigger trucks, such as dump truck size. I was booked and paid for 6 nights. One night they had no parking spaces left. The front desk man felt bad, and told me to use a handicap spot. Said there were no more people to check in. So I did. Part of the problem is many storage containers on...

And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . But I need at least one of those amenities if not both when staying more than 2 days ."
