"Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money "

"The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. "We stayed for 4 nights, in two separate reservations as we went on a cruise at Ha Long Bay. The hotel staff were courteous to save our large luggage at their storage until we returned for the second stay. The staff at the reception and the restaurants were helpful and courteous. The room was clean. The bathroom has a bidet. There's a safe, iron, and ironing table. There's a nice swimming pool and a good gym. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. "I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night. I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside. Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep. Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away. I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!"
