"Deben mejorar varios aspectos. Desde que encendíamos el aire acondicionado, comenzaba a salir agua del techo y terminaba acumulándose en el piso de la habitación. Llamamos varias veces al lobby, pero nunca contestaron. Luego fuimos personalmente a Atención al Cliente, donde nos dijeron que enviarían a alguien para solucionar el problema, pero esa persona nunca llegó. Además, los tragos como la piña colada y otros cócteles se servían muy aguados, aparentemente porque la máquina no funcionaba...

"This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! "
