"Great location, however they aren’t flexible at all with the check in and check out. Front desk crew kind unfriendly. They have a great bar and restaurant however the breakfast is very crowded not a good place if you are looking for peace."

Solicitei garfo e copo descartável, mas a recepcionista não ajudou. O rapaz que é recepcionista é muito atencioso, simpático, mas a moça demora para realizar o atendimento e não é prestativa, afinal só precisava de um garfo!"

"The check in is terrible, if you need to communicate with anyone you need to wait ages until an assistant responds your WhatsApp request. There is no phone to call and no desk service, no receptionist, nobody to help you and the security guys are good persons but not trained to give us any instructions. The hotel is relying too much in AI and forgetting that we are all humans and may need assistance, and that sometimes guests are not Portuguese speakers. The room is not as clean as I would like:...
