"The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time. I did find my way through the check out process via WhatsApp and communicating with someone on WhatsApp. Once I was able to check in it was smooth sailing after that. "Nuestra estadía fue muy buena. Todo salió muy bien, sin problemas importantes. El apartamento estuvo cómodo, acogedor, bonito, limpio y la experiencia en general fue positiva. La comunicación fue muy buena y el lugar cumplió con todo lo esperado.
El único detalle menor fue una demora con un cambio de toallas, pero no fue algo grave ni suficiente para restarle puntos a la experiencia tan bonita que tuvimos. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos con la estadía y lo recomendaríamos al 100%."
