"The university Inn has an excellent location and the rooms are nice. I wouldn’t say the beds are extremely comfortable, but they are OK. The shower is nice and the setup of the room is great with a nice long desk area. The breakfast is also very good with lots of choices and later hours on the weekends. It’s quite fresh! You should know, however, that the HVAC system is somewhat loud in some of the rooms. If you were looking for a very quiet, peaceful night, ask for one of their quieter rooms. I...

"We definitely recommend this BnB for a stop on long road trips! The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating to us and our doggies. The peacocks were a fun surprise! We felt very safe and taken care of. Thank you Shady Lady owners!"

"This property is very old. Our bathroom had an old tub that was very deep and difficult to get into. also the bathroom floor was very uneven and felt like you were very off balanced. But overall the room had everything you needed and was quite charming. The hosts served a nice breakfast."

"Love, love, love this property! Can’t wait to go back!"

"My room was large clean. Check in was easy and fast. My room was in a single story building behind another building. It was quiet. They have 3-4 buildings with rooms. Continental breakfast is given to you at check in. Cereal, milk, Danish, apple, juice box, granola bar. Coffee maker is inside the room. There is a restaurant in the front."

"The rooms were very clean. The one we were in was small, but comfortable enough with a table/2 chairs and another comfy chair. Resort was a short drive to town. Quiet at nighttime, even though we were closest to the main road."

"Beautiful location. Like staying with family. Great breakfast included."
