Daily room service is available, and the room was kept clean and tidy while we were out. The hotel is well situated in a quiet part of Ueno, with Ueno Station only 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is reasonably priced, especially when considering the location and level of service.

We stayed in the Asakusa one the year before, but on this occasion we wanted to stay a little away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is about 5-7 minutes walk away from the Ueno train/metro station via the Iriya gate tunnel and entrance.
